The main house is 130sqm in size and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor of this Stone house with sea view in Pelion there is a large living room with a traditional fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen ready for you to prepare all your meals and snacks with the dining area adjacent and an exit door to the back yard. There is a WC on ground floor making it easy to access when using the outside space. On the second floor, there are 2 big bedrooms with double beds and excellent views, and a smaller bedroom with one single bed and an optional extra single bed. There is also a big bathroom with a shower and a view towards the forest.

The guest house of 50sqm also consists of 2 floors. On the top floor where the entrance is located there is a king size bed, a fireplace, satellite TV, sofa and small table, a writing desk with windows towards the gardens. The ground floor has a small-yet fully functional kitchen and a bathroom made of stone with a shower. From this space there is also a direct access to the shaded patio where you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner.
In the yard there is a sheltered charcoal BBQ area where 8 persons can comfortably dine and an old traditional stone oven in which you can slow cook almost anything or enjoy a nice pizza night. The house is surrounded by an excellent garden set in different layers, with fruit trees and aromatic herbs spread across.
