Architectural Design

We also run a small boutique architectural firm in Athens with more than 40 years experience in the field of architecture. Our office has been short listed in many architectural competitions and we have completed various projects in the fields of hospitality, residential and commercial. We have extensive knowledge of the local laws in the region of Pelion and have already designed and constructed a number of residencies for private and commercial use.

We have a construction section within our company to provide streamlined projects, from land purchase, design development right down to the the construction. We have a portfolio of  20+ completed buildings in the Pelion region. This means you can trust our team of constructors and subcontractors to deliver on time and on budget your new built project. We can assist you drafting out the timetable and cash flow of your project, arrange and manage all construction works and handle the necessary paperwork needed to be done for your new property.

For the past 7 years we run successfully the unique PELION HOMES  platform, a specialised gateway that offers high quality and affordable Holiday Rental Villas. We have complied more than 200 positive reviews (average score 4.8 of 5⭐︎) from happy guests! This overall organisation provided us with the right tools of expertise to provide our guests with personalized experiences in Pelion and the surrounding region. We are currently developing a mobile app that will provide tips and suggestions to our guests and extend their personal experience. With this experience we can now confidently provide home owners a variety of services, from gardeners and property maintenance to Rental Management of their property. Our design team which has long experience on the local history and architecture is undertaking a series of restoration projects in the area.  With our long term experience and expertise we will be able to consult you regarding renovating an old traditional house in Pelion.
